Vercel webhooks, without the lost events
Capture Vercel deployment and project webhooks: x-vercel-signature verified, every event stored and delivered to your tools with retries.
Common problems, solved
- Vercel signs with SHA-1, not SHA-256, which generic HMAC code gets wrong.
- HookStead has a dedicated Vercel verifier; you only paste the secret.
- Deployment notifications to chat, status pages and CI need to reach several services.
- Connect one source to several destinations; each gets every event with its own retries.
Set up in five minutes
- 01In Vercel, open Team Settings → Webhooks → Create Webhook and paste your HookStead source URL.
- 02Choose the events (for example deployment.succeeded) and the projects, then create it.
- 03Copy the secret into HookStead. Vercel signs each request in x-vercel-signature (HMAC-SHA1).
