Billing questions

What happens when I reach my monthly events?
New webhooks get a 429 with Retry-After until the month resets, and you get an email at 80% and 100% first. Your providers retry 429s, so upgrading during an outage lets their retries through.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for. Billing runs through Stripe; manage it any time under Settings → Billing.
What if a payment fails?
You keep your plan for 7 days while you update your payment method.
Do retries count as events?
No. A webhook counts once, however many attempts it takes to deliver. Replaying an event to a destination counts as one more.

Cancel anytime; yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days. Refunds and cancellation.
