Linear webhooks, without the lost events
Reliable Linear webhooks for issue and project automation: Linear-Signature verified, every event stored, retried and replayable.
Common problems, solved
- Code copied from GitHub examples strips a sha256= prefix that Linear doesn't send.
- HookStead's Linear preset checks the exact format, so you only paste the signing secret.
- Automations break silently when your endpoint is down.
- Failed deliveries are retried, alerts email you, and you can replay anything you missed.
Set up in five minutes
- 01In Linear, open Settings → API → Webhooks → New webhook and paste your HookStead source URL.
- 02Choose the resources you want events for and create the webhook.
- 03Copy its signing secret into HookStead. Linear signs each request in Linear-Signature.
